The sheer number and diversity of these CSPs, which include relationships with countries like the United States, China, Russia, India, Japan, South Korea, and Australia, present a delicate balancing act. Each partner has its own geopolitical interests, often with competing agendas, particularly in the Indo-Pacific region.
